Since our founding in the Edo period, in the second year of the Kyōhō era (1717), we have continued to brew sake with the same craftsmanship and dedication for over 300 years. While our form has evolved with the times, the values we hold dear remain unchanged. We will continue to be a part of your daily lives through the sake nurtured by the climate of Yame.
