One of our employees has been certified as a “Sake Expert Assessor (NRIB).”

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Nakamura of our Manufacturing Department has been certified as a “Sake Expert Assessor (NRIB)” by the National Research Institute of Brewing.

This certification recognizes specialized skills in accurately evaluating and analyzing the aroma and flavor of sake.

Following our CEO, Nakagawa, our company now has two certified sake evaluators.

In sake brewing, in addition to the technical skills involved in the brewing process, the ability to accurately “taste” the character and quality of the finished sake is also essential.

We will share the knowledge and insights we have gained through this experience within the company to drive further improvements in quality.
