"Enjoying Sake with Medicinal Cuisine" In-House Tasting Event, Part 3

In preparation for the 3rd event, which will be held on Wednesday, November 11, we held a tasting event at “Yame Saheho.”
Together with employees from the General Affairs and Manufacturing departments, I experienced a pairing of Shigemasa sake with medicinal cuisine.

The theme this time is “Protecting Against Dryness and Warming the Body.” As the air grows drier and the cold sets in during the coming season, this is a unique perspective on taking care of your body through medicinal cuisine.

In Yame, I savored the local cuisine alongside local sake. I was reminded once again—along with the true meaning of local sake—that there are certain dining experiences that only local sake can truly complement.

We gather around the same table and share our thoughts.
It made me realize once again that these conversations among employees are meaningful. I will continue to cherish them.

This is the third and final session of the current term. To everyone who has registered for the “Evening of Enjoying Sake with Medicinal Cuisine,” we look forward to seeing you in Yame on Wednesday, November 11.

We plan to hold the next sessions in January, March, and May. Registration will open soon, so if you’re interested, please be sure to apply. We’ll do our best to make the next event even more enjoyable for you.
