Reflections on the First “Enjoying Sake with Medicinal Cuisine” Event
On Wednesday, July 8, we held the first session of our “Enjoying Sake with Medicinal Cuisine” event.

This event invites guests to gather around the same table and enjoy pairings of five different types of sake with dishes infused with the essence of medicinal cuisine. As this was our first time hosting such an event, we were a bit nervous on the day of the event, but the moment we saw everyone’s smiles, we felt that tension melt away.

Everyone listened with great interest to Professor Nakamura’s talk on medicinal cuisine. Furthermore, hearing so many of your opinions was the greatest reward for us. Food and drink are companions to both the body and the mind—it was a precious time during which we were able to share that richness with all of you.

This program consists of one term with a total of three sessions (held in odd-numbered months), and this term is scheduled for July, September, and November.
*Recruitment for this term's members is now closed.
The next session is scheduled to begin in January, and we plan to open registration around December.
If you're interested, we'll let you know more details later. Please stay tuned.
